I called to get a key programmed for my truck. They told me a tech would be out around 5pm. Nobody showed up, and I didn't get a call till the next morning around 9am. They said they didn't forget about me and would be able to do it between 1-4pm that day. I left work early so I could have this done and still nobody showed up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. If I could give them a zero star I would for wasting my time and money

The person answering the phone was so very helpful and nice. They had someone out within hours. The wrong key was put into my Vans ignition and I could not get the key out. I am so glad I called them because they were so nice, quick and reasonably priced. The person that came and got the key out was also very nice and worked so quick even with having to take the steering cover off in order to get the incorrect key out. I thought I was going to have to have it towed to a service station and replace the ignition, but he got the key out and the ignition still works with the correct key. They were PERFECT and GREAT service!!

I locked my keys in my car! That sounds like disaster to me! But I called Peoria Lock & Safe, and from the time I placed the call to the time they handed me my keys was 37 minutes! OMG, the person that answered the phone was very friendly, the technician that came and opened my car was quiet, got straight to work and was done in minutes! Thank you so much for your quick and professional service! I couldn’t be more pleased!
